Marc Chartier, PMI-ACP, PMP, CSM

Marc Chartier has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the technology industry. From 2001 to 2006, they worked at SoundBite Communications, starting as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer and later becoming an Implementations Manager and Solutions Consultant. In these roles, they were responsible for improving client business processes, managing customer campaigns, and ensuring software quality.

In 2006, Marc joined The CCS Companies, where they held several positions. As the Director of Pre-Sales, they contributed to an 80% revenue growth and implemented a process that reduced the sales cycle by 50%. Marc also supported the sales team throughout the entire opportunity lifecycle, driving additional revenues through consulting, training, and customer support. Later, Marc became the Business Integration Manager, collaborating with the enterprise sales team to execute new business opportunities and grow existing accounts. Marc prepared RFPs, presented technology solutions to senior management teams, and designed comprehensive solutions for clients' global locations. Additionally, they communicated product opportunities to the product management team.

Throughout their career, Marc has demonstrated expertise in sales, project management, software quality assurance, and client relationship management.

Marc Chartier obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned another Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from the same university, from 1995 to 1999. Marc continued their education at the University of Massachusetts Lowell and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General in 2011. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in April 2016, PMI-ACP from Project Management Institute in November 2015, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from The Project Management Institute (PMI) in July 2013.
