Nilesh Sinha

Nilesh Sinha is a culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Senior Sous Chef at The Celtic Collection since March 2022, Nilesh previously held the position of Executive Chef at Biryani By Kilo from December 2019 to March 2022. Nilesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, where education was completed from 1994 to 1997, along with additional training from IHCM - Baroda.
