The Center at Rock Creek was opened as a result of community members who arrived at the conclusion that the status quo in skilled inpatient rehabilitation was inadequate to satisfy patients’ needs. Prior to The Center at Rock Creek, patients in and around Fort Collins, CO who required skilled nursing and rehabilitation had few choices other than to be admitted to a traditional nursing home. Today, The Center at Rock Creek provides additional choice to patients seeking rehabilitative care in the Fort Collins area.
