Alison Bartolucci

Laboratory Director at Center for Advanced Reproductive Services

Alison Bartolucci has extensive experience in the field of reproductive healthcare. Alison is currently the Director of Laboratory Integration and Advancement at First Fertility, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the University of Connecticut Health Center, where they held multiple roles including Assistant Professor and Faculty Instructor from May 2016 to the present. Alison also served as the Laboratory Director and Operational Lab Director at the Center for Advanced Reproductive Services from July 2012 to September 2020. Earlier in their career, they were the embryology lab supervisor at Fertility Centers of NE from August 2003 to May 2012, and a senior embryologist at Brigham and Women's Hospital from 1999 to 2003.

Alison Bartolucci completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Animal Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, attending from 1995 to 1999. Alison then pursued further studies at the Eastern Virginia Medical School, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Clinical Embryology and Andrology between 2003 and 2005. Later on, from 2016 to 2019, they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Reproductive Biology, also from the Eastern Virginia Medical School.
