Darden White

Associate Director, PCIT & CARE Training Program at The Center for Child & Family Health

Darden White has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They began their career as a Work Comp Claims Adjuster at The Hartford in 2004 and later transitioned into a teaching role at Durrance Elementary in Orange County Public Schools from 2005 to 2008. In 2007, they became the PCIT Training Coordinator at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, where they stayed until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, Darden worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor at Today's Therapy Solutions. Finally, they joined The Center for Child & Family Health in 2013, initially as a Mental Health Clinician & Trainer and later as the Associate Director of the PCIT & CARE Training Program from 2018.

Darden White obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology and a minor in Spanish from the University of North Carolina Wilmington between 2000 and 2004. Subsequently, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of Oklahoma.
