Robert Murphy is an accomplished academic and clinician with extensive experience in child and family health. Currently serving as Associate Professor at Duke University and Executive Director of The Center for Child & Family Health since September 2004, Robert has also held a position as Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2010 to 2020. Prior roles include Associate Research Scientist, Clinical Associate, Postdoctoral Fellow, and Pre Doctoral Fellow at Yale Child Study Center from July 1995 to September 2004. Robert earned a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a BA in Psychology from UMass Boston.
