Seth Powers

Seth D. Powers currently serves as the Co Executive Director and Co-Director of The Center for Children with Special Needs, where responsibilities include leading operational, financial, and administrative functions to provide evidence-based care to individuals with complex developmental disabilities, including Autism. With a strong background in business development, Seth has previously held key positions at The Hartford, focusing on underwriting, sales, and partner management, as well as leading a large-scale IT infrastructure project at Travelers. Seth's educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health from Yale School of Public Health and an MBA from the University of Connecticut, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences from James Madison University.

The Center for Children with Special Needs (CCSN) is the largest private outpatient assessment and treatment facility specifically for Autism and related neurodevelopmental disorders in Connecticut. Originating at Newington Children’s Hospital in 1990 and formally established in 1994, The Center for Children with Special Needs is an interdisciplinary center specializing in the diagnosis, evaluation, and treatment of children, adolescents, and adults with complex developmental disabilities including Autism, Asperger Syndrome, and related Pervasive Neurodevelopmental Disorders.
