Santiago Uribe

Santiago Uribe is a Climate Policy Associate at CCAP, with a strong background in climate change and environmental management. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank at Bogotá's Water Supply and Sewerage Company, where Santiago developed a roadmap for circular management. As Project Director at EBP, Santiago focused on greenhouse gas emissions in the construction sector related to Ecuador's Nationally Determined Contribution. Santiago held the role of Senior Climate Change Specialist at the Colombia Green Building Council, leading climate initiatives and project structuring. Previous experience also includes significant positions at the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development, where Santiago contributed to national climate policy and international environmental agreements, and as a Wastewater Project Engineer at Hazen and Sawyer. Santiago holds a specialization in Innovation and Business Development from Universidad Externado de Colombia and a degree in Environmental Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes.
