James Goudreau

James Goudreau is a seasoned professional in environmental sustainability and governance, currently serving as the Head of Global Environmental Sustainability Operations at Takeda since August 2024. Goudreau also holds positions as a Strategic Advisor at Pacto Medical, a Senior Fellow at Norwich University's Center for Global Resilience and Security, and Co-Founder and Principal of The Goudreau Group. Goudreau has extensive experience in leadership roles, including Vice President of ESG at CVS Health and Head of Environmental Sustainability External Engagement at Novartis. With a military background as a Supply Officer in the US Navy, Goudreau has shaped energy policy and partnerships for the Navy, advancing their energy programs. Goudreau holds a BS in Business Administration and an MS in Management, as well as completing the Tuck Executive Program at Dartmouth.
