Tina Payne Bryson, PhD, is the Founder and Executive Director of The Center for Connection since August 2015, focusing on relationships and interpersonal neurobiology to enhance joy and meaning in people's lives. Bryson also serves as the Founder and Executive Director of The Play Strong Institute since September 2018 and has authored New York Times bestsellers, including "The Whole-Brain Child" and "No-Drama Discipline." Additionally, Bryson has held roles as a School Counselor and Child Development Specialist at Saint Mark's Episcopal School since August 2012 and as Director of Parenting Education at the Mindsight Institute since July 2005. Past experience includes working as a therapist and parenting consultant at Pediatric and Adolescent Psychology Associates from January 2010 to 2015. Bryson earned a Ph.D. in Social Work with a focus on interpersonal neurobiology from the University of Southern California between 2001 and 2007.
