Ari Luna

Ari Luna is a seasoned professional in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at The Center for Cultural Power and an FTG Advisory Committee Member at Borealis Philanthropy. With extensive experience in leadership roles at organizations such as Trans Lifeline, where Ari was Interim Co-Core Director and Director of People & Culture, expertise includes designing equitable compensation systems, fostering team engagement, and developing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Previous roles also include consulting for Dell Medical School and serving as People & Operations Manager at Grassroots Leadership. Ari holds a Bachelor of Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin and has a strong background in community support and mediation services.
