Karena Heredia is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various accounting roles. Currently serving as Finance Coordinator at The Center for Cultural Power since December 2022, Karena has previously worked as a Staff Accountant at Desert Orthopedic Center and Palm Springs Art Museum, as well as an Accountant at Desert Regional Medical Center. Early career experience includes positions as Jr. Accountant at Hispanic Federation and Staff Auditor at Pacheco and Associates, along with serving as Executive Administrative Assistant at the Center for Human Rights and Constitutional Law. Karena holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Cruz, completed in 2006.
