Kevin Alejandrez

Kevin Alejandrez currently serves as the Learning and Impact Manager at The Center for Cultural Power since September 2023 and as the Director of Community Engagement at Omnis Educational Services since June 2021. Previously, Kevin held various roles at the University of Kentucky from August 2016 to August 2023, including Teacher Assistant and Instructor. Additional experience includes working as a Community Navigator at CENTRO DE SERVICIOS PARA CAMPESINOS from June 2020 to March 2022, On-Site Apartment Manager at Polk Community Development Corporation from October 2015 to August 2016, and Community Liaison for the City of Independence, Oregon, from September 2014 to September 2015. Kevin began a career in education as an Upward Bound Tutor at Western Oregon University from September 2012 to March 2014. Kevin earned a PhD in Sociology from the University of Kentucky in April 2023, alongside a Master of Arts in Sociology from the same institution in 2018, and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Western Oregon University in 2016.
