Kimberly Miyoshi

Kimberly Miyoshi currently serves as the Director of Field Building at The Center for Cultural Power since August 2023. Previous experience includes co-founding Japanese American Families for Justice from June 2019 to August 2022 and working as a Communications Consultant for RYSE Youth Center from November 2021 to July 2022. Kimberly also held the position of Director at Justice For Oakland Students Coalition (J4OS) from October 2018 to October 2020 and was the Executive Director at Oakland Kids First for 18 years, from March 2000 to September 2018. Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Creative Writing from the University of California Santa Barbara.
