Will Gallagher

Will Gallagher has extensive experience in various leadership and security roles spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Residential Assistant at The Center for Discovery since August 2015, Will was promoted to Overnight Manager in November 2021, overseeing a high-behavior adult men's house during the overnight shift. Prior to this position, Will worked as the Deputy Director of Security for Congressman Dr. Ron Paul's presidential campaign, ensuring the safety of the candidate and key campaign members. Experience at Merchco Services, Inc. involved leading projects in 35+ Walgreens stores, while a decade at Walmart included multiple managerial roles, such as Support Manager and Field Project Supervisor, where Will achieved significant sales increases and loss reductions. Earlier in career, Will served as a Corrections Officer at Sing Sing Correctional Facility, where responsibilities included the care and control of inmates and participation in specialized emergency response teams. Will holds a certification as a Corrections Officer Trainee from the New York State Corrections Academy.
