Christine Pfister

Christine Pfister serves as the Director and Co-Owner of Pentimenti Gallery since September 1995, where the gallery champions contemporary art that provokes thought through various mediums. Pfister also holds the position of Honorary Consul of Switzerland in Philadelphia, concentrating on enhancing Swiss relations across multiple sectors. As an Artistic Advisor at the Center for Emerging Visual Artists and previously at the Main Line Art Center, Pfister has played a key role in supporting visual artists and promoting community engagement with the arts. Additional contributions include lecturing and participating in panels at notable institutions, co-founding the Philadelphia Design District, and serving on the executive board of the Maurice Rohrbach Fund. Christine Pfister's academic background includes studies at Christie's Education in New York and Benedict School in Switzerland.
