Lydah Pyles DeBin has held various roles in the publishing industry, starting as a Production Editor at Publications International, LTD. She then worked her way up to National Accounts Manager positions at Random House, Simon and Schuster, and ultimately Penguin Random House. With a background in English and Philosophy from Centre College, Lydah currently serves as the Executive Director at The Center for Fiction after her previous role as Deputy Director and Director of Development and Marketing at Literary Arts.
