Chris Caine

Chris Caine serves as President of The Center for Global Enterprise since January 2013 and holds the position of President and CEO at Mercator XXI, LLC. since April 2009. Prior to these roles, Chris Caine was Vice President of Governmental Programs at IBM Corporation from November 1984 to March 2009. Chris Caine earned a Master of Arts in Government from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Lafayette College.
