Neena Pandey is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the fashion and lifestyle sectors. As the Founder and CEO of The String Code, a luxury fashion brand committed to sustainability and the United Nations development goals, and IndieRoots, which promotes artisan products from over 60 groups across Southeast Asia, Neena exemplifies dedication to social impact. Neena also serves as an Official Member of Forbes Business Council and an Executive Member of the International LEAP Network. In addition, Neena contributes as a Start-up Mentor for the USAWEC program, supporting female business owners. Previous roles include President of Club Z! Tutoring of San Jose, where rapid growth was achieved, and various senior marketing positions at Citrix Systems, Oracle Corporation, Zyme Solutions, and Sun Microsystems. Neena holds an MBA in Marketing from Santa Clara University, a Masters in Fashion Technology from the National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi, a B.S. in Chemistry from Banaras Hindu University, and an Advanced Diploma in Software Technology from the National Institute of Information Technology.
