Jennifer Pipe has been working with the developmental disability population for over 10 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in human services. In 2005, she started her career as a direct support professional in residential homes. By 2008, Jennifer began working in an independent supported living arrangement program (ISLA), assisting clients who live independently in their homes while teaching them the skills to grow their independence and navigate through life situations. In 2013, she worked in employment services with Project SEARCH’s high school transition program. Jennifer joined the Center in 2014, working in Community Support, and now is the Director for the program.
