Libby (Thomas) McGraw, MPH, serves as the Regional Community Health Improvement Manager at The Center for Health Affairs since November 2020, following a role as Health Educator at the Medina County Health Department from January 2016 to November 2020. In that capacity, Libby planned and implemented various health and wellness programs, conducted car seat inspections, and represented the health department on multiple committees. Libby also contributed to the Ohio Department of Health Maternal and Child Health Grant and the Safe Communities Grant. Prior experience includes serving as Camp Coordinator and Program Coordinator at Camp Christopher from May 2015 to January 2016. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Health from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Kent State University College of Public Health.
