Pam Waite MSN, RN-BC, MHSA has over 25 years of experience in healthcare leadership, currently serving as the Director of Healthcare Workforce/NEONI Operations at The Center for Health Affairs since 2006. Prior roles include Director of Behavioral Health at EMH Regional Medical Center from 2002 to 2006, Director of Mental Health at Providence Hospital/PSI from 1995 to 2001, and Director of Psychiatric Nursing at St Joseph Hospital from 1988 to 1995. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Saint Joseph's College (2010), a Master of Health Services Administration from Saint Joseph's College (2008), and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services with a Management Track from Baldwin Wallace University. Additionally, Pam Waite holds certification in Psychiatry-Mental Health from the American Nurse Credentialing Center.
