Huong Nguyen

Huong Nguyen, PHR, serves as the Human Resources Director at TheCIL - Center for Independent Living since September 2015, where responsibilities include guiding HR processes, managing onboarding, overseeing performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Previously, Huong held roles as an Executive Assistant & Development Associate at TheCIL, leading fundraising efforts and supporting the Executive Director. In addition, Huong is a Co-Creator and Producer of a podcast discussing Vietnamese American experiences and has experience as a Fleet Growth Associate at Postmates and an Executive Assistant at Zirtual. Huong is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, and has also studied at Freie Universität Berlin.
