Kanwar Singh

Kanwar Singh is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as an Executive Board Member at TheCIL - Center for Independent Living and Board Treasurer at the San Pablo Economic Development Corporation, Kanwar has previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at multiple entities, including LifeLong Medical Care, Axis Community Health, and Adolescent Treatment Center Inc. Kanwar's insights into financial operations were further established during a tenure as Chief Financial Officer at Seneca Family of Agencies and as Budget Director for the City and County of San Francisco, managing a significant budget of $300 million. Academically, Kanwar holds an Executive Management in Clinic Leadership from UCLA, along with a MS in Finance and Accounting, an MBA in Corporate Finance, and additional certifications in health maintenance organizations.
