Tamar Michai F.

Tamar Michai F. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in advocacy, entrepreneurship, and holistic health. Currently serving as a Systems Change Advocate at the Center for Independent Living, Inc. since July 2023, Tamar also operates as the Owner of Transformational Health and Wellness since January 2020 and has held the position of Independent Consultant with Epicure™ since August 2019. Tamar is a Distributor for bon COOK, focusing on the importance of whole foods for nourishment. As the Founder and CEO of Glad To Be Here Inc. from May 2000 to December 2017, Tamar dedicated efforts to empowering BIPOC women with physical disabilities. Tamar holds a Master's Degree in Holistic Studies from John F. Kennedy University and a BA in Middle Eastern Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, complemented by additional academic pursuits at Merritt College.
