Aad de Lange serves as the Chief Financial Officer (interim/remote/fractional) at DeLange CFO and Accounting Services, collaborating with Sean Hale Consulting LLC for Chapman Cultural Center in Spartanburg, South Carolina since February 2024. Previously, Aad held the position of Chief Finance Officer and Business Manager at the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston from January 2019 to January 2024, where integration of various finance disciplines and initiatives in Accounting, IT, Risk Management, and Development were implemented. Prior roles include Interim CFO at the Catholic Diocese of La Crosse, Chief Financial Officer at the Catholic Diocese of Jackson, and Finance Executive at Enviro-Linen consultancy. Aad's extensive career in financial management spans multiple companies including ABB and ABB Lummus Global, focusing on accounting standards, business controls, and internal processes. Educational qualifications include CPA certification and degrees from various esteemed institutions, underscoring a strong foundation in business economics, tax law, and marketing.

For more than 70 years, The Center for Pursuit has empowered individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and other similar conditions to live meaningful, dignified lives filled with opportunity. Through innovative programs and services in areas like employment training, community living, and day programming, we help our clients develop the skills and tools necessary to grow as individuals and participate fully in their community. Always growing and changing, The Center currently serves over 450 individuals with IDD and autism in the greater Houston area. The tailored support we provide is varied to the needs of each individual and their family we serve.
