Targeted Case Management Supervisor at Center for Victims of Torture

Jill Davidson, MSW, LICSW, has extensive experience in social work and mental health, currently serving as the Targeted Case Management Supervisor and previously as a Mental Health Case Manager at the Center for Victims of Torture since October 2018. Prior to this role, Jill worked as an Assistant Information Specialist at South St. Paul Public Library from September 2015 to April 2023, and as a Senior Clinical Case Manager at Assistance in Recovery (AiR) from March 2012 to December 2013. Jill also held the position of Russia Team Lead and Adoption Specialist at Children's Home Society & Family Services between 2005 and 2012. Jill earned a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of St. Thomas/St. Catherine University (2005-2008) and a Bachelor’s degree in Russian Language from St. Olaf College (1996-2000).
