Liyam Eloul is a seasoned professional in mental health and psychosocial support, currently serving as a Clinical Advisor for Mental Health at the Center for Victims of Torture since December 2014, focusing on capacity building for global torture rehabilitation programs. We are an international nonprofit dedicated to healing survivors of torture. We provide direct care for those who have been tortured, train partners around the world who can prevent and treat torture, and advocate for human rights and an end to torture. CVT's mission is to heal the wounds of torture on individuals, their families and their communities and to end torture worldwide. CVT is headquartered in St. Paul, MN.
