Marshall Scott

Marshall Scott is an experienced operations executive with a robust background in healthcare management and business operations. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at The Centers for Advanced ENT Care, Marshall oversees HR, IT, leasing, and revenue cycle management across six divisions and eleven practices in Maryland and Virginia. Previous roles include directing operations at Ascellon Corporation, leading administrative and quality assurance departments, and serving as Chief Administrative Officer at Digestive Disorders Associates, where Marshall achieved significant growth through strategic recruitment and contract negotiations. With a strong foundation in operational leadership from positions held at Maryland Primary Care Physicians, Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care, and Stryker Orthopaedics, Marshall combines a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Penn State University with an MBA from the University of Phoenix to drive effectiveness and efficiency in organizational processes.
