Janelle D. Spencer is an Economist with extensive experience in the energy industry, conducting research and analysis for the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago. Janelle D. also serves as a Part Time Lecturer of Energy Economics at the University of the West Indies and was a Board Member of the World Energy Council. Additionally, Janelle D. has previous experience as a Tutor of Energy Economics and Energy Professional Assistant at the Ministry of Energy & Energy Industries. Janelle holds a Master's Degree in Economics with a specialization in Energy, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Economics with a minor in Marketing.
