Michelle Francis-Pantor

Michelle Francis-Pantor is a senior manager at the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago with extensive experience in overseeing licensed financial institutions, developing regulations, and policy implementation. Prior to their current role, Michelle worked at the Financial Services Authority as an associate focusing on Basel II implementation. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Financial Management from the University of London and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of the West Indies.
