Erica Pedroza

Erica Pedroza, MPH, currently serves as the BEI Program Manager at Central Indiana Corporate Partnership since June 2023. Prior to this role, Erica was the Career Success Manager at AgriNovus Indiana, where efforts were focused on linking academia with industry to promote talent acquisition in agbioscience. Previous positions include Director of Special Projects & Marketing Manager and Public Policy Associate at the Indiana Minority Health Coalition, as well as Academic Advisor at both the University of Indianapolis and Ivy Tech Community College, where Erica also taught as an Adjunct Instructor. A policy intern at the National Coalition for the Homeless provided foundational experience. Erica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame and a Master’s Degree in Public Health with a concentration in Health Disparities from the University of Indianapolis.
