Sue Ellspermann

Sue Ellspermann is the current Director at The Central Indiana Corporate Partnership. Sue has also served as the Lieutenant Governor of Indiana from January 2013 to March 2016, State Representative for District 74 from November 2010 to November 2012, and Director of the Center for Applied Research at the University of Southern Indiana from January 2006 to January 2012. In addition, they were the Director of Strategic Engagement for Transformation Team, Inc. from January 2012 to July 2012, and a Principal and Consultant for Ellspermann and Associates, Inc d/b/a Basadur Applied Creativity from January 1987 to December 2005. Prior to their work in consulting and politics, Sue worked as an Industrial Engineer and Manufacturing Supervisor for Frito-Lay from November 1983 to December 1986, and as an Industrial Engineer for Michelin Tire Corporation from January 1983 to October 1983. Sue began their career as an Industrial Engineering Cooperative Education Student for AC Spark Plug, Div of General Motors from June 1979 to August 1982.

Sue Ellspermann has a Masters and PhD in Industrial Engineering from the University of Louisville. Sue also has a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
