John started their career as a Receptionist at LA fitness UK in 2008 and later joined Roodlane Medical as a Receptionist in 2010. John then moved on to The Centre for Reproductive and Genetic Health (CRGH) in 2010, where they worked as a Senior Receptionist and later became a Receptionist & Administration Team Leader. In 2015, they joined GENNET City Fertility as a Senior Administrator and eventually became the Senior Administrator & Head of Reception. Throughout their time at GENNET City Fertility, John took on additional responsibilities, including being a Fertility Network Ambassador and serving as Deputy Admin Manager & Transportation Coordinator. In 2023, John returned to The Centre for Reproductive and Genetic Health (CRGH) as the Deputy Head of CTshipper UK.
