Lucy Muirhead

Lucy Muirhead is currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at Next100 since July 2023, and has held the same title at The Century Foundation since October 2013, where additional roles included Vice President of Communications and Director of Media Relations. Previous experience includes Project Manager at Imagination, where Lucy oversaw a significant digital marketing project for a global retail brand, and Deputy Chief of Staff and Communications Director for the NSW Labor Opposition, providing high-level media and political advice. Earlier positions encompass Deputy Chief of Staff and Senior Media Advisor for NSW Minister John Robertson and Client Manager at Essential Media Communications. Lucy's career began as a Media Relations Officer at The Smith Family. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Administrative Law and Policy at the University of Sydney, Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Communications from the University of Technology Sydney and completed the Higher School Certificate at North Sydney Girls High School in 2002.
