Patricia Gold

Patricia Gold has extensive experience in fundraising and donor management, currently serving as the Individual Giving Manager at CPL - Choice, Passion, Life since October 2008, where responsibilities include Direct Mail, Major Gifts, Regular Giving, Legacy Gifts, and fostering donor relationships. Previously held roles include Fundraising Relationship Manager and Call Centre Manager, overseeing a $2,000,000 budget while managing analytics, CRM systems, capacity planning, recruitment, and staff motivation. Additional experience includes positions focused on customer engagement and donor care at The Cerebral Palsy League and Pareto Fundraising. Patricia holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Certificate IV in Family and Community Services from TAFE, along with a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Yerronga TAFE.
