Beatriz Esteban Fernández has extensive work experience in various roles related to sales, business development, and management consulting. Beatriz has worked in companies such as The Cervantes Group, Aibesoft, PeopleDoc Inc., Visiotalent by CleverConnect, CareerBuilder.com, Asseco Spain, Gestolasa, and Grupo Castilla Ingenieros de Software. Throughout their career, Beatriz has demonstrated expertise in digital transformation consulting, software development, HR service delivery, and talent management. Beatriz has also been involved in prospecting and sales for large accounts, as well as consulting and implementation of projects for strategic clients.

Beatriz Esteban Fernández completed their education in two different institutions. From 1996 to 1999, they studied at CESJ Ramón Carande, which is part of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. During this time, they obtained a Diplomatura in Relaciones Laborales, specializing in Relaciones Laborales Industriales. In 2006 to 2007, Beatriz pursued a Master's degree in Dirección de Recursos Humanos, focusing on Human Resources Management at CEF (Centro de Estudios Financieros).
