Prior to this role, Joanna managed Data Center operations as Information System Manager at Scotiabank from February 2002 to October 2004, overseeing a team of eight and handling ATM operations, Network Management, and LAN/WAN monitoring. Joanna's career began as a Web Developer at Lante, focusing on front-end web development for User Experience and User Acceptance Testing for Fortune 500 corporations from January 2000 to February 2001. Educational credentials include an MBA in Ebusiness & Entrepreneurship from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BA in Management Information Systems and Marketing from Marquette University.
