William L. Stephens

William L. Stephens has a varied and extensive work experience. William L. started their career as a Technical Recruiter and Recruitment Manager at The Cervantes Group, where they managed and trained the IT Recruitment Department in addition to serving as a Sr. Recruitment Team Lead, Account Manager, and Business Developer. William L. also fulfilled data entry duties, edited resumes, and searched for candidates online. Later, they joined Mainz Brady Group as a Sr. Account Manager, where they participated in the full technology/talent acquisition cycle and managed client relationships. Following this, they worked at Wimmer Solutions as a Business Development Manager, responsible for generating business leads and developing relationships with clients to understand their technology needs. Currently, Stephens holds the position of Vice President of Global Operations at The Cervantes Group, overseeing the East Region operations and managing global accounts.

William L. Stephens completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish from Western Washington University during the years 2008 to 2012. In 2010, they also participated in a study abroad program at Universitat d'Alacant, focusing on International Business and Spanish. Prior to attending university, William earned their High School Diploma from Seattle Preparatory School between 2004 and 2008.
