Caroline Boyce has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Caroline began their career as a Vice President at Montgomery Securities, where they managed office space for the Prime Brokerage division. Caroline then worked at Bank of America as a Managing Director, overseeing Client Account Opening, Special Events Team, and Administrative staff while leading various marketing projects. Caroline later joined BNP Paribas as a Managing Director, where they organized the logistics of relocating employees and managed the Client Account Opening and Special Events Team. In this role, they are responsible for creating and managing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs for over 1800 members across thirty chapters, as well as managing membership services and optimizing the member experience.
