Melinda L. is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Divcon Controls since July 2024, Melinda also contributes as an Advisory Board Member for The CFO Leadership Council. Previous positions include Chief Financial Officer at Meriton and Worksoft, where responsibilities encompassed strategic financial management and operational excellence. Melinda has a history of guiding organizations towards growth and efficiency, evidenced by tenure as CFO at ID90 Travel and OneSource Virtual, as well as serving on the Advisory Board of Symphony Ventures. Prior to these roles, Melinda spent over a decade at Ernst & Young, where contributions ranged from Assurance Services Partner to Senior Manager. Melinda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Christian University.
