Michael Easley MBA has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. From 2017 onwards, they have served as the CEO/Owner of Signgrafx, where they successfully grew the commercial sign and print business through acquisitions and marketing, increasing revenue from 100k to over 500k in 3 years. Michael implemented strong KPIs and financial models to adjust the business model during the COVID-19 outbreak. Michael has now transitioned to a role where they provide full-time management for the company alongside their business partner.

Before Signgrafx, Michael worked as a Director Financial Planning and Analysis - Consultant at The CFO Suite, LLC starting in 2016. In this role, they provided advanced financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, data analysis, and dashboard development services to key clients, including T-System LLC.

From 2015 to 2016, Michael served as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Premier Trailer Leasing. Here, they played a crucial role in the company's future growth by leading financial forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and strategic support for senior management. Michael also managed the Treasury department team and provided financial leadership to market GMs.

In 2014, Michael was the Manager II, Sales Finance at Samsung Telecommunications America, where they managed a sales finance team, performed complex financial analytics and modeling, and oversaw projects related to marketing development funds and sales deductions.

From 2008 to 2013, Michael worked at MetroPCS in two different roles. Michael initially managed the newly created Business Intelligence team, providing advanced data management, analytics, and strategic guidance. Later, they transitioned to the role of Senior Financial Analyst FP&A, where they reported to the VP of Finance and Operations and was responsible for annual budget creation, capital spending forecast, business case analysis, and long-range planning.

Prior to MetroPCS, Michael worked at Trinity Industries, Inc. as the Manager of Financial Reporting, Analysis, and General Ledger. Michael directed a team of eight and was responsible for GL reconciliations, audit preparations, and quarterly audit reviews.

Michael began their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at Fidelity Investments, where they provided analytical support for the premium service sales group. Michael played a key role in developing the annual operating budget and quarterly forecasts, prioritizing products and services to maximize customer profitability.
