Ileana F. currently serves as the Manager of Talent Engagement & Programs at The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia, having progressed through roles as Senior Coordinator and Engagement Coordinator since May 2022. Prior to this, Ileana accumulated experience at Lantern Theater Company, where responsibilities included Development & Ticketing Operations Manager and Mission Operations Manager, along with time as an Apprentice. Ileana F. holds a Master's degree in Arts Administration from Drexel University's Westphal College of Media Arts & Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Rowan University.
