Soledad Alfaro

Soledad Alfaro is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia since July 2024, Soledad previously held the same title at Surge Institute from March 2021 to July 2024. A strong foundation in airport operations was established as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief of Staff at Philadelphia International Airport from July 2017 to March 2021, overseeing projects and initiatives for a major airport system. Prior experience includes Deputy Chief of Staff at Mastery Charter Schools, where Soledad managed governance and community engagement for a network serving 12,000 students.
