Luis Saldivar

Luis Saldivar has over a decade of experience in manufacturing engineering, currently serving as Associate Manager of SMT Manufacturing Engineering at Chamberlain Group since September 2011. In this role, Luis coordinates and mentors the design, development, and implementation of SMT manufacturing processes, focusing on safety, stability, cost-effectiveness, and performance. Previously, Luis held the position of Sr. Manufacturing & NPI SMT Engineer at Chamberlain Group, where responsibilities included leading NPI/NPD runs and developing capacity models for SMT lines. Luis began a career in manufacturing engineering as a Manufacturing Engineering Assistant at Kimberly-Clark, supporting NPI projects and training operators. Luis holds a Master in Business Administration in Finance from Universidad Tecmilenio and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico Nogales.
