Brian Speece

As Area Maintenance Supervisor for Champion, Brian Speece is responsible for the overall maintenance operations of several of Champion’s communities.

He oversees a large team of maintenance technicians, as well as manages vendor relationships and inventory for his communities. In addition, he reviews community maintenance expenditures to stay in compliance with budget and carries out large capital expenditure projects.

Brian has the designation of the very first maintenance technician at Champion and has been with the company since inception in 2010.
