Britany Lovins

As Senior Vice President of Rental Operations for The Champion Companies, Britany Lovins is responsible for the day-to-day operations of half of the company’s multi-family portfolio.

Her responsibilities include monthly goal setting for her properties, the implementation and oversight of occupancy and property appearance standards, as well as operational policies and procedures, including budget. She ensures that Champion team members provide a high level of customer service resulting in resident satisfaction.

In addition, Britany focuses on refining and improving leasing strategies and processes, and serves as one of Champion’s experts for its property management software.

After joining Champion in 2011, Britany spent six years building the company’s marketing program from the ground up, before transitioning to her SVP of Rental Operations role in 2017. She received her Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor designation from the NAA.
