Patrick Kershner

In his role as Asset Recovery Specialist for Champion, Patrick is responsible for a variety of financial and administrative components that contribute to the overall success of Champion.

Patrick oversees all previous residents’ accounts receivable and collection functions, making AR adjustments as appropriate, and analyzing and evaluating collection assignments. He maintains a detailed and organized system for record-keeping including collections data and correspondence.

Patrick joined Champion in 2017, and was a Senior Community Manager in the Champion’s Club, with more than 300 leases, before joining the finance team in 2022.
