Romilla Ghosh

Romilla Ghosh currently serves as the Human Resources Manager (HOD) at The Chancery Pavilion since October 2023, providing leadership in talent acquisition, employee development, and strategic HR advisory to senior management. Prior experience includes roles as AGM Human Resources at White Castle Hospitality Group from August 2022 to September 2023, and Human Resources Manager at Marriott International from August 2021 to August 2022, where responsibilities encompassed HR operations for large employee bases. Romilla has extensive experience with recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and statutory compliance gained through positions at WHITE CASTLE HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED and Merlin Projects. Romilla holds a Human Resource Management degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Punjab Technical University.
