Syrita B. has over two decades of experience in the financial services industry, beginning with a role as Project Manager at Providian Financial from August 1997 to January 2002, where responsibilities included managing multiple projects in a test center focused on enhancing efficiency and sales through data mining and analytics. Following this, Syrita B. served as Group Sales Manager at E-Loan from February 2002 to July 2008, contributing to the transformation of the mortgage industry through technology. Syrita B. then worked as a Mortgage Loan Originator at I-Loan from July 2009 to July 2011, before joining The Change Company as Co President of Change Appraisals in July 2011, playing a significant role during a pivotal period of regulatory change in the industry.
